1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund & Refund Policy applies to all paid products and services offered by ST GLOBAL LTD, including but not limited to:
- Premium newsletter subscriptions
- Digital travel guides and e-books
- Sponsored review packages (for airlines and travel brands)
- Online courses or webinars related to travel blogging
This policy does not apply to third-party flight bookings, hotel reservations, or any travel services linked from our blog. For those, please refer directly to the respective provider's refund policy.
2. Digital Products (Guides & E-Books)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "Refunded" in the traditional sense, all sales of digital downloads are final. We encourage you to review the product description and any free previews before purchasing.
However, if a file is corrupted, incomplete, or significantly misrepresented, we will issue a full refund or replacement within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
3. Newsletter & Premium Subscriptions
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans for our premium content tier.
- Monthly plans: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
- Annual plans: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal and have not accessed more than 3 issues, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for annual subscriptions, but you retain access until the period ends.
4. Sponsored Content & Brand Packages
All sponsored review and content placement agreements are governed by a separate signed contract. Refund terms are outlined within that agreement. As a general rule:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled publish date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the publish date are non-refundable as work will have commenced.
- If ST GLOBAL LTD fails to publish the agreed content, a full refund will be issued.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used at checkout
- Order or subscription ID
- The product or service you're requesting a refund for
- A brief reason for the request
We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are Refunded to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are happy to resolve disputes quickly and amicably. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services following a policy change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
